  • This role involves managing all operational aspects of the Conversion area including Deply, Slitting, Testing, Pack-Out, and Backwinding.
  • The position requires leading behavior-based safety initiatives and ensuring technicians plan safety into their daily routines within a clean room environment.
  • Candidates will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and developing team members while utilizing key operating indicators to control product cost and machine downtime.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have
