Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, and ensure residents are kept dry and comfortable.
Observe and report changes in resident condition, accidents, and any signs of skin breakdown or injury to prevent further complications.
