Candidates will act as a trusted adviser providing expert overview, deep-dive platform demonstrations, and positioning the unique value of Workday as a platform for HCM and Payroll.
The position requires extensive consulting skills to respond to RFI/RFPs, participate in industry conferences, and assist in closing sales opportunities within the federal ecosystem.

Base: $147,400 USD - $221,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus plus annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Key Requirements
6+ years Federal or Federal Contractor Presales experience
6+ years HCM Solution Consulting in Federal environment
