Key Requirements

  • 2+ years customer support engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
  • Fundamentals in OS, networking, cloud concepts
  • Familiarity with XML, REST, JSON, File Transport
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Datadog) is a plus
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
