Mondelēz International is seeking a Director for their E2E Design & Delivery Lead role, responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle of the O9 planning solution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain systems management, particularly with the O9 solution, and will be expected to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively

Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for leading the complete product lifecycle of the O9 planning solution, from blueprinting and design through to hypercare and continuous improvement.
  • You will lead design workshops, define E2E data integration strategy linking ERP sources and other sources through to o9 integration layers, and oversee data mapping and architecture governance.
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program, along with comprehensive benefits.
