The University of Maryland Department of Public Safety (UMPD) is a full-service, legislated police agency that serves the myriad needs of the students, faculty, staff, and visitors within its jurisdiction.
UMPD is seeking dynamic individuals that exhibit good character, sound judgment, honesty, reliability and integrity combined with excellent communication skills to serve the University of Maryland community.
This is a regular non-exempt position with a full benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision and Prescription Plans, Tuition reimbursement program for employee and dependents, and Law Enforcement Officers of the State of Maryland Pension System (LEOPS).
