Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years plant operations experience
Hydrogen/SMR/acid gas removal knowledge
Safety work permits and LOTO execution
Process plant operation skills
Environmental and regulatory compliance
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering
Strong interpersonal and team building skills
Ability to communicate at board level with customers
Experience with Root Cause Analysis investigations
Commitment to diversity and inclusion culture
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years plant operations experience
Knowledge of Hydrogen/SMR/acid gas removal units
Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate Technical Degree with experience
