Job Summary
Responsible and accountable for all International Cooperation and Offsets (IC&O) matters, defining strategy, negotiating and executing programs to contribute to sales while preserving company interests.
Act locally as an IC&O referent in the APAC region, liaising with stakeholders to ensure IC&O objectives are considered in new campaigns, cross-divisional activities, and footprint developments.
Develop, implement, and maintain a consistent IC&O approach, coordinating with regional representatives, commercial teams, central functions, and other divisions to ensure project relevance and avoid redundancy.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering or related
Demonstrated ability and experience in government or working closely with governments

Ability to lead cross-divisional and cross-functional teams
Excellent spoken and written communications skills
