The Lifestyle Companion is a compassionate and resourceful professional dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with dementia and their unpaid caregivers.
This role focuses on social engagement, household organization, and lifestyle coordination, creating meaningful, joy-filled experiences that support both the individual living with dementia and their caregiver.
Operating within an interdisciplinary team model, the Lifestyle Companion works closely with, and reports to, the Guide (LCSW/MSW) while contributing to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
