Leverages pharmacy knowledge and expertise with terminology systems to troubleshoot data discrepancies and prepare pharmacy data for migration.
Collaborates with hospital sites, pharmacy workstreams, technical migration teams, and clinical leadership to ensure successful data migration and readiness.
