Job Summary
As a Clinical Pharmacist in Oncology, you will provide expert pharmaceutical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring safe, effective and compassionate treatment for oncology patients.
In the inpatient setting, you’ll round with multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with physicians on chemotherapy plans and provide evidence-based treatment recommendations.
In the outpatient clinic, you’ll engage directly with patients—reviewing medication lists, managing side effects, answering questions and coordinating therapy adjustments with providers.
