Job Summary

  • As a Clinical Pharmacist in Oncology, you will provide expert pharmaceutical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring safe, effective and compassionate treatment for oncology patients.
  • In the inpatient setting, you’ll round with multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with physicians on chemotherapy plans and provide evidence-based treatment recommendations.
  • In the outpatient clinic, you’ll engage directly with patients—reviewing medication lists, managing side effects, answering questions and coordinating therapy adjustments with providers.
