Key Requirements

  • Associate degree from regionally accredited institution
  • Valid Missouri teaching certificate
  • FAA Basic Ground Instructor (BGI) and Instrument Ground Instructor (IGI)
  • Current Flight Instructor certificate (Airplane Single and Multiengine)
  • Three years relevant work experience as a pilot
  • Pass FAR Part 141 Assistant Chief Ground Instructor assessment
