Job Summary

  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic growth initiatives within targeted industry verticals.
  • This role focuses on identifying, penetrating, and expanding relationships with high-value customers whose equipment rental needs align with EquipmentShare’s product and service offerings.
  • The BDM will work cross-functionally with Territory Account Managers (TAMs), District Sales Managers (DSMs), and Branch Operations teams to develop vertical-specific strategies, generate new business opportunities, and accelerate revenue growth within priority markets.
