Job Summary

  • The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of HR people initiatives and senior HR Business Partners in successful implementation and stakeholder engagement across the business with a data-driven mindset.
  • This role will manage Tier 2 support covering complex HR cases that require specialist transactional activity and support resolving cases through collaboration with HR Business Partners and other HR Centre of Execellence.
  • Responsibilities include resolving Tier 2 cases, providing operational support for HR strategy, executing HR processes, monitoring human capital effectiveness, supporting change management, career development, performance development, employee engagement, and employee relations.
