Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of HR people initiatives and senior HR Business Partners in successful implementation and stakeholder engagement across the business with a data-driven mindset.
This role will manage Tier 2 support covering complex HR cases that require specialist transactional activity and support resolving cases through collaboration with HR Business Partners and other HR Centre of Execellence.
Responsibilities include resolving Tier 2 cases, providing operational support for HR strategy, executing HR processes, monitoring human capital effectiveness, supporting change management, career development, performance development, employee engagement, and employee relations.
