Job Summary
This role is responsible for all functions involved in the fulfillment and distribution of Electronic Ticketing Card products and administration and escalation support for customers.
The Card Services Representative ensures all back-of-house duties are completed accurately and within set timeframes to meet both internal and external KPIs.
Ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS) and maintain accurate records for workload statistics.
