Job Summary
Partner with the Manager in all of the duties in the Bakery Department to achieve the department's sales and profit goals, including production, merchandising, staff development and customer service.
Assist in the interviewing, training, development and counseling processes of all Team Members in a manner which builds and sustains a high performing team and minimizes turnover.
