This role ensures that medical records are maintained in an accurate, informative, and timely manner while supporting infection control and compliance practices.
The Ward Clerk treats all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion while maintaining strict confidentiality of resident information and assisting with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
