Job Summary

  • The position requires daily presence within the assigned territory to provide unscheduled technical support and perform device implants.
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan providing significant incentive compensation for achieving goals.

Salary

Base: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan (SIP); Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Tuition Assistance

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reside within assigned territory daily
  • Complete CRM Field Technical Training
  • Perform device checks and implants post-sign-off
  • Work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Lift up to 40 lbs frequently
  • Wear lead apron in operating room

Nice-to-have

  • Experience teaching medical personnel
  • Knowledge of Cath Lab or EP Lab
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships
  • Expertise with Microsoft tools and Salesforce
  • IBHRE certification below Principal level
  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma plus 4 years healthcare experience OR Associate degree plus 2 years experience OR Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
  • U.S. work authorization required at time of hire (no sponsorship for this level)
  • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
