Must-have
Bachelor's degree required
4-7 years of manufacturing experience
Lean principles and continuous improvement
Root cause analysis and corrective actions
Engineering change order (ECO) management
Nice-to-have
Proficiency in AgileE6 or SAP software
Experience with PTC Creo or Ansys
Strong interpersonal and consensus building skills
