Audatex Systems s.r.o is seeking an Implementation Specialist (Field Engineer) to join its Professional Services team, responsible for complex customer installations and technical support in the automotive sector. The position is remote, offering flexibility, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through effective implementation and training of fleet solutions

Job Summary

  • Responsible for delivery of complex and bespoke customer installations, customer site visits for escalated product fault diagnosis, repairs and replacement and technical customer Training.
  • Gather all customer requirements to deliver a thorough and customer focused implementation and develop the Statement of Work based on customer requirements.
  • Provide troubleshooting on kit issues, on-site diagnosis, repair and/or replace the necessary equipment to ensure SLA's are met and customer downtime minimised.
