Job Summary
The Senior Engineer will provide advanced technical and engineering support to a manufacturing cell, with the required engineering competencies and systems training to support a manufacturing area and/or project.
Responsible for assisting in the development of a world-class manufacturing group proficient in process improvement and problem-solving using Six-Sigma tools, while providing technical leadership on product and process issues.
Responsibilities include process validation, conducting Gauge R&R studies, leading technical improvements under the Continuous Improvement Program, and managing projects from scoping to operational handover.
