RSM is seeking a Supervisor for their US Tax department, specifically focusing on Private Equity Fund services. The ideal candidate will possess strong tax compliance and consulting experience, particularly with Asset Management clients, and hold relevant qualifications such as a CPA

Job Summary

  • Provide detailed review and analysis of complex Private Equity, Hedge Fund and/or FoF partnership tax returns.
  • Serve as a mentor to our associates and senior associates, providing real-time project feedback and regular check-ins.
  • Advise clients on a full spectrum of RSM’s tax services, including planning, research, compliance, and general mergers and acquisitions activities.
