Job Summary

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to internal and external stakeholders covering operations, mechanical maintenance, controls maintenance, specific equipment, software, and customer solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert contributing to the creation of student guides and training materials for traditional delivery platforms and fully digital deliveries.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering related training
  • Experience with PLCs and industrial controls (AB and Siemens preferred)
  • Familiarity with mechanical disciplines
  • Ability to read and interpret industrial mechanical and controls drawing sets
  • Ability to work while adhering to PPE requirements
  • Physical ability to navigate around equipment
  • Comfortable navigating ladders and multi-story steel stairways
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of standing and navigating on concrete surfaces for extended periods
  • Proficiency in utilizing small hand tools
  • Adaptability to work in various temperature conditions
