Job Summary
The role is responsible for managing all Food & Beverage outlets and conference operations as independent profit centers in line with Hilton International standards.
Candidates must lead the formulation of annual budgets, monitor costs, and ensure strict adherence to food safety and health regulations.
This position requires developing a strong rapport with guests while fostering a culture of excellence through comprehensive team training and development.
