Job Summary

  • You will play a key role in supporting employees in situations of absence and in the sound management of simple to medium complexity disability files.
  • In close collaboration with several internal and external stakeholders, you will support workplace attendance management advisors and actively participate in promoting a safe, sustainable, and human return to work.
  • You will enter and update absence data in Workday and relevant IT systems according to insurance contract specifics.
