Must-have

  • 12+ years electric utility transmission design experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License required
  • PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and TOWER software expertise
  • Lead engineer on 500kV and below transmission lines
  • Experience with greenfield transmission line projects
  • Collaboration with construction contractors

Nice-to-have

  • Growth mindset for creative problem solving
  • Passion for developing staff through mentoring
  • Experience with LPILE or FAD analysis tools
  • Knowledge of GIS and AutoCAD/MicroStation
  • Track record of outstanding client communication

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Master's degree preferred for reduced experience requirement
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License mandatory
  • US residency required for remote position
  • Supervisory experience preferred
