Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include using resident identification, recording information accurately, reporting changes in resident condition, and maintaining resident comfort.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their personal care needs are met.
