The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to supervisors promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm environment while adhering to strict confidentiality and safety protocols.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents
Follow infection control and safety policies
