The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and technical procedures.
The role requires frequent lifting or moving up to 25 pounds and assisting residents with turning, positioning, and transporting into and out of beds and chairs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Use authorized abbreviations for documentation
