Oversee the development and maintenance of actuarial models and tools, analyzing and interpreting complex data to assess risks, determine reserves, and evaluate financial outcomes.
Prepare and run the actuarial pricing model for new and repriced products, generating profitability results and producing financial analysis, while supervising and reviewing the work of junior staff.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial forecasts and reporting, and monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks that may impact the organization.
