Job Summary

  • The position is responsible for recruiting new RIA and Independent Broker Dealer account relationships for Highland’s life and annuity sales teams.
  • This position also works closely with Highland’s Strategic Accounts team to cultivate new business opportunities alongside Highland’s RIA and IBD partners and Sales Leadership.
