Job Summary

  • The P&C Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight of WVI-Cambodia’s total rewards programs, labor compliance, organizational development initiatives, and capability-building systems.
  • This position leads the design of compensation structures, staff wellbeing programs, leadership development frameworks, talent management strategies, and succession planning.
  • The role ensures that compensation and benefits, HR systems, compliance processes, and learning and development initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities, statutory requirements, and the WVI Partnership standards.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economic, HRD, Economics, Legal, Leadership or Organizational Development
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience

  • Solid experience in labor law compliance
  • Solid experience in L&D
  • Solid experience in organizational development
  • Proficiency in Khmer and English languages
