Job Summary

  • You’ll be responsible for the administration, oversight, and analysis of Deloitte’s employee listening portfolio.
  • As the technical owner of our Qualtrics platform, you’ll set up, update, and optimise surveys and dashboards.
  • You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders across Talent, IT, data analytics, and external partners, making a tangible impact on the Deloitte employee experience.
