Job Summary

  • Provide restorative education, support, and assistance to staff and residents, assessing needs and developing individualized plans of care.
  • Monitor and train staff on restorative tasks and resident-specific goals, while coordinating programs like Bed Entrapment Prevention.
  • Participate in quality management, complete audits, and assist with care conferences, ensuring resident care assessments and documentation are up to date.
