Job Summary
Provide restorative education, support, and assistance to staff and residents, assessing needs and developing individualized plans of care.
Monitor and train staff on restorative tasks and resident-specific goals, while coordinating programs like Bed Entrapment Prevention.
Participate in quality management, complete audits, and assist with care conferences, ensuring resident care assessments and documentation are up to date.

Key Requirements
Current regulated or licensed health care practitioner

Knowledge and experience with adult education strategies/facilitation
Current (within 6 months) Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS)
