Job Summary

  • The Production Supervisor leads the daily work flow on his/her respective manufacturing cell, oversees the production process, achieves quality and production objectives, and ensures compliance with Quality System requirements and International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
  • Ensures on time delivery by effectively managing throughput, productivity, and staffing level, and ensures employees in assigned cell are trained on applicable SOPs and WIs, cell processes are understood and always followed.
  • Performs time and attendance tasks for assigned employees including maintaining accurate attendance records, approving timecards and time off requests, and executes timely completion of annual performance reviews.
