Job Summary

  • Managing the risks (technical, industrial, certification, definition, planning, and contractual aspects) to protect the deliveries and standing as Airbus single voice for the Customer pre-FAL to Ferry Flight.
  • Facilitating and protecting the application of the recommendations and decisions made on behalf of the MFT, considering Customers expectations while protecting Airbus interests.
  • Managing the Feedback Loop together with the Aircraft Quality Customer Manager and Customer Support Director.
