Job Summary
As a Marketing Cloud Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will serve as a named resource and partner for Salesforce’s customer organisations, forging deep relationships and driving value realization.
You will act as the Marketing Cloud Subject Matter Expert for the customer, responsible for orchestration of all Signature outcomes, experience, and renewal, and expansion.
Forge strong multidisciplinary relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to lead and coordinate customer relationships for success and growth.
