Job Summary
Lead the manufacturing network transformation organization, a team of portfolio and project leaders executing strategic network initiatives and product transfers across the business.
Oversee multiple working teams and project leaders, providing strategic leadership managing vision and purpose which support organization, functional and program goals.
Partner closely with Finance to ensure financial planning and tracking is in place for all programs and drive continuous cost improvement in Gross Profit and COGS aligned to Business Strategic Plan.
