Job Summary
This strategic role provides the opportunity to influence ADI's worldwide electrical infrastructure programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
The position requires acting as a technical authority for power, lighting, and LV/MV distribution systems to ensure safe and reliable operations from design through sustaining support.
Candidates will drive optimization of electrical systems to reduce cost, improve performance, and meet ADI's ESG and Mission 2030 sustainability goals.

Base: $126,040 to $173,305; Bonus: Discretionary performance-based bonus available; Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, sick time
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
5+ years facilities electrical engineering experience
Proficiency with SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower tools
Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and IEC codes
Experience with single-line diagrams and load calculations
Nice-to-have
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Background in semiconductor or high-tech environments
Familiarity with LEED, WELL, and ISO 50001 frameworks
Experience with Revit/3D modeling and CMMS platforms
Strong cross-discipline collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required
5+ years of experience in facilities electrical engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required for export control compliance
