Job Summary
This role focuses on improving operational performance, strengthening relationships between Nissan and Infiniti Canada and their dealer networks, and enabling process excellence across the network.
You will use practical retail dealership knowledge and strong facilitation skills to assess current-state performance, identify root causes, and help design and deliver initiatives that drive measurable business results.
Act as a trusted advisor to executives and field staff, fostering strong long-term relationships and supporting change management activities to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies.
