Job Summary

  • Lead and develop a team of two supervisors and approximately 13 Earned Value program and deployed Analysts by sharing knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) metrics in relentless pursuit of deeper data analytics.
  • Develop a partnership with critical stakeholders, including the Program Management Office (PMO), WBS Managers, and CAMs for each engineering area supporting the Fighter & Mobility programs.
  • Timely decision making throughout the monthly business rhythm to effectively support the program in delivering high quality and compliant reporting and respond to various customer requests in support of analysis and compliance.
