Job Summary

  • The SAWs Value Stream product portfolio includes oscillators, solid state GaN transmitter modules, as well as a variety of hermetic and non-hermetic micro-electronic devices.
  • Achieving/exceeding safety, quality, delivery, cost goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using CORE, six sigma and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position.

Key Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • Leadership/Management experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and/or Engineering
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
  • DoD Clearance: Secret
