  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers, guiding them on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy to accelerate time to value and growth.
  • Collect customer feedback and identify roadblocks to inform internal teams, including Product and Leadership, on improving MongoDB's product and go-to-market organization.
  • Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth, while also contributing to strategic internal projects to build the Customer Success program.
