The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition immediately.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while ensuring a calm and positive environment for all residents during the 11pm-7am shift.
