  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and conduct investigations, perform reviews of customer complaint records to determine CAPA eligibility, and escalate product issues to senior/executive management.
  • The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, 0-2 years of experience in a laboratory, technical, or compliance field, and good knowledge of FDA QSR and ISO 13485 requirements.
