Provide relevant inputs to design effective retention interventions at site to effectively control attrition.
Formulate and drive the people agenda along with the leaders.

Key Requirements
At least 15 years of relevant experience
Graduate preferably with an MBA or equivalent in HR
Prior relevant experience as an HR Business Partner
Strong knowledge of Telangana State Labor Laws and Compliances
