• The Maintenance Manager plans, organizes, and directs the plant maintenance functions including engineering, planning, mechanical/electrical leads, technicians, and stores inventory with the purpose of increasing overall equipment availability.
• Develops and implements plans to reduce breakdowns, improve planned maintenance, optimize scheduled maintenance, and effectively execute down-day events.
