The role requires frequent lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds while ensuring safety during transfers and emergency evacuations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Record vital signs and intake/output data
Transport residents and manage room setup

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Collaborate effectively with nursing team members
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
Experience with restorative procedures preferred
Key Requirements
