Job Summary
The role of the Director of Stores is to generate sales by providing exceptional service to all customers and to direct all activities required to achieve sales, service, merchandise presentation/visual excellence, human resources management, loss prevention, and expense control goals within the expectations consistent with the Design Within Reach mission.
You'll have opportunities to design, achieve and build relationships every day as you drive sales, achieve store and regional goals, and ensure adherence to merchandise standards.
Provide leadership, training, and direction throughout the Region by recruiting, selecting, developing, motivating, and retaining a successful Store and management team.
