Job Summary

  • As Market Leader, you will be responsible for the leadership and growth of the broader Minnesota market and shall oversee all aspects of Brokerage services.
  • You will serve as an exemplary ambassador of Colliers’ culture, both internally and externally, and will keep engagement of the Minnesota offices as a key priority, all while growing the market and positioning Colliers as an employer of choice.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of real estate leadership or related sales experience
  • Significant exposure to Commercial Real Estate Brokers
  • Real Estate License required
  • Authorized to work in the United States
